Learn about Care Options

Adult Day Care

Unlike adult day care centers that also provide health care, “social model” day care providers do not always operate according to a set schedule or plan of care. So clients there may have to be a bit proactive to make sure the care and services offered are a good fit for their needs.

Another reality is that there may not be a large number of potential choices in a particular locale, so clients may need to be a bit flexible and persistent in working with those that are available.
